We are so pleased that all of you could join us for our production! In order for us to make this production a success, we need everyone's involvement. In addition to the kids who are part of our production both on stage and off, we need the support of families and friends to create sets, add props, help with costumes, create the program and more. Please join us in this exciting adventure so we can be sure your child has the chance to shine the brightest.
Sets Committee . . . This committee will be responsible for production of the panel backdrops and large stage pieces and props. Artistic talent is not a must but we welcome your creativity, ingenuity, and a lack of fear with power tools and paintbrushes. This committee will also be responsible for setting up the stage the Sunday before the performances start. The more hands and hearts, the better! If you are willing to help by donating your time or contributing a donation to the set crew, please contact our Theatre Director Jeff Reed at rpacstudio@gmail.com.
Costumes . . . The actors are each responsible for their own costumes but there are times when a "group" costume is needed. If you're interested in leading or contributing your talents to the costume committee, please contact our Studio Director Whitney at rpacstudio@gmail.com.
Programs . . . This committee will be responsible for the organization, set-up and publishing of the program. Publishing skills are important for at least one member of the committee but others can assist with the gathering of information from cast members, taking photos, etc. Guidance will be provided by the drama director. If you are interested in working on the program or taking head shots of our performers, please contact our Theatre Director Jeff Reed at rpacstudio@gmail.com.
As you can see, this is truly a TEAM effort! There is a lot of work to do and we would like each family to donate at least 5 hours of time to the production. This can be one member of multiple members working together to get the job done to help us ensure your child has the best experience possible. WE CAN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU!
All committees work closely with the studio directors on sets, props, costumes, programs, etc. to create an unbelievable stage production - and a lasting memory for each of our kids.
We look forward to your being a part of TEAM RPAC and thank you for your support.
